Privacy Policy
This notice explains how we process personal data when you visit and use viet-azubi.de (Art. 13 GDPR). It must be easily accessible at the time data is collected.
1. Controller

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer (Art. 37 GDPR). Please direct privacy enquiries to the contact details above.
2. Hosting, website delivery, and server logs
When you access the website, technical data is processed to deliver pages and maintain IT security (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure operation).

- HTTP status, data volume
- Browser type and operating system
The website runs on a server in the EU (Plesk). The host processes this data as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR where a contract exists.
Retention: Server logs are kept as briefly as possible, typically no longer than 7–14 days unless needed for security investigations.
3. Cookies, local storage, and TDDDG
Storing information on your device is governed by § 25 TDDDG. Strictly necessary storage is permitted without consent (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). Other storage requires prior informed consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).
This website uses no tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies.
- fe_typo_user (if present): TYPO3 session cookie, strictly necessary.
- viet_azubi_cookie_consent in local storage: stores your cookie banner choice so it is not asked again on every visit.
The cookie banner at the bottom of the page allows accept or reject. Rejecting does not block essential website functions.
4. Web fonts (self-hosted)
We use Space Grotesk fonts served from our own server as .woff2 files. No fonts are loaded from Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to Google when fonts are displayed.
5. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email, and message to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures/contract, or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding).
Spam protection: hidden honeypot field (no Google reCAPTCHA, no US data transfer). Submission uses this TYPO3 installation's eID interface.
Retention: Enquiries are deleted once handled unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Newsletter (double opt-in)
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and confirmation status in the database (tx_viet_azubi_newsletter_subscriber). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent). You receive a confirmation email before being added to the list.
You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
7. Recipients
Personal data is shared only with parties who need it for the stated purpose: us as controller, the hosting provider as processor, and email delivery for newsletter confirmation. No transfer to third countries unless legally required (Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR).
8. No automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
